Sales Targets

Assign Goals to Agents, Teams, or Organizations and track their progress

Track your sales goals by assigning targets to see performance and to ensure your team is meeting them.

In Sales Simplify, you can keep track of Deals and Activity progress thus giving the best insights on sales performance.

Steps to set Sales Targets:

Step 1 - To add a Sales Target, click the button “ +Sales Target “.

Step 2 - To create the goal fill the mentioned information.

  • Goal Assignee - Assign goals to specific users, teams or your company.
  • Select Team / User - Based on the Assignee choose the team or user.
  • Goal Type - Assign the type of goals such as addition, completion, or won status.
  • Module - Choose which module the goal is for such as Leads, Deals, or all modules.
  • Tracking Metric (Deals) - You can track your deal goals by deal value or the deal count.
  • Target - Based on your goal type you can put the value or count of the goal.
  • Interval - The frequency to set your goal. Goals can be measured weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
  • Duration - When you want your goal to start and end. If you have no end date for your goal, you can choose automatically.

Step 3 - Once the information is filled, hit save and the target will be set.

Track, Update or Filter your goals.

Your targets or goals will be on the Sales Targets List and you can see the analytics of each target on the left pane.

Filter - You can filter the targets by User, Teams, your Company, or all together.

Edit - You can edit your targets by clicking on the edit icon.

Delete - If you want to delete, click the delete icon.
