Responsibilities for Growth Manager

  1. User Acquisition and Brand Visibility Strategy:
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive plans to generate leads through social media and other relevant channels, enhancing brand visibility.
  • Employ performance marketing techniques to optimize campaigns for effective user acquisition, leveraging experience in running successful campaigns.
  1. Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Harness data analysis to uncover growth opportunities and drive strategic decisions.
  • Regularly scrutinize user behavior, market trends, and competitor activities for proactive market positioning.
  1. Continuous Experimentation and Optimization:
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to refine key metrics such as conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
  •  Establish a systematic approach to iterate and enhance successful growth strategies, ensuring ongoing optimization.
  1. Strategic Product Marketing:
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to craft and execute product marketing strategies emphasizing core features and benefits.
  • Develop compelling messaging and positioning tailored to resonate effectively with the target audience.
  1. Holistic Customer Retention:
  • Design and implement strategies to foster customer loyalty and minimize churn.
  •  Engage with the customer success team to gather valuable feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and satisfaction.
  1. Seamless Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams, ensuring alignment on growth initiatives and overarching goals.
  • Regularly update leadership on growth metrics and the progress of strategic initiatives.

     7.   Reporting and Analysis:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the leadership team.

Requirements for Growth Manager

  • Proven experience of 2 years as a Growth Manager or similar role in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using analytics tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Located in Bangalore, India.

Qualifications for Growth Manager

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field is typically required for entry into this field.
  • Proven experience in roles such as Growth Manager or Marketing Manager in the SaaS industry is essential for over 2 years.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring, retaining users, and increasing revenue is a key requirement.
